This product has an aromatic structure characterized by notes of ripe red fruit. The density is low, ideal for pairings with cold dishes and raw vegetables. Red Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a balanced sweet and sour profile that makes it ideal both for cold dishes and for marinating white meats.
If you want to stock up on this product I suggest you also look at the 1 liter bottle. The vinegar does not expire, and you can safely store it in the kitchen without fear that it will lose quality over time!
