Fine varieties of cocoa are blended in a soft ganache with our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Black Pearl.This exclusive recipe has been developed with the Italian Maître Chocolatiers F.lli Gardini from Forlì, Romagna. They experiment, taste test and create with unmatched expertise and a real passion for chocolate.We make this delicious product from autumn to spring, to warm up the heart in the coldest days of the year.The box contains 9 pralines.
