Our white condiment is obtained from selected white grape must. We use high quality white wine vinegar to create a perfect sweet & sour marriage.
We do not foresee aging in wood but only a refinement in steel in order to do not oxidize the product. After all, this is a white condiment!
It has a very low final acidity, which on the palate enhances the notes of the must.
This condiment has a delicate sweet and sour taste which makes it perfect as an everyday condiment.
